Lauren grew up in the Fresno area before leaving for Florida State where she received her B.S. in Media Communication Studies and a certificate in U.S. Intelligence Studies. Despite her experience as a sports reporter/producer and Seminole Game Day Host, Lauren’s love for numbers – inspired at a young age by her math nerd grandparents – drew her to Capitalize as our newest team member.

Lauren spent her entire freshman year of college in Spain, England, and Italy which sparked her love for adventure. Besides travel, tennis, and soccer, Lauren looks forward to serving the local community in veteran’s issues, a salute to her father, who is a fighter pilot in the CA Air National Guard.

At Capitalize, Lauren’s responsibilities include underwriting properties, prospecting, negotiating, and helping facilitate the various stages of the lending process with new and refinanced commercial real estate transactions.
